Dr. Ram Chitlangia is a meritorious graduate from Sardar Patel Medical College SPMC, Bikaner from where he completed his MBBS in 2002. He did his M.D. in Internal medicine from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) NEW DELHI and further pursued his DM in Cardiology in 2010 from another premier institute PGI, CHANDIGARH. He is the first DM cardiology from the region of Shekhawati.
Dr.Ram Chitlangia is currently working in Jeevan Rekha Superspeciality Hospital, Jaipur as a Consultant interventional cardiologist with a rich experience of more than 10 years in the field of cardiology. Before this, he has worked as a consultant cardiologist In Narayana Multispeciality hospital, Jaipur for 6 years. Since then, he is actively involved in the field of cardiology. He has vast experience of more than 10000 coronary angiographies and more than 3000 coronary angioplasties.
He has been trained in Korea, Japan, and Singapore for complex coronary interventions. His main area of interest is Complex Angioplasty, Bifurcation Stenting, Left Main Angioplasty, Imaging & Physiology Guided Functional Angioplasty, and Chronic Total Occlusion CTO Interventions.
Dr. Ram has started TAVI Program at Jeevan Rekha Hospital, Jaipur, and actively doing Pacemakers, AICD, CRT Devices, Peripheral Vascular, Valvular, and Congenital Heart Disease Interventions as well. He has performed rare interventions like RSOV device closure, post-MI VSD device closure, Alcohol septal ablation for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, complex aortoiliac interventions, CTO angioplasties by retrograde technique for the first time at NH hospital in Rajasthan.
